Not many places serve vegetable tea so decided to check it out when I discovered it on FB.The last time I had it was in troublesome Sai Kung because that place only serves it after 9pm.The vegetable tea was much better than anticipated because it was light packed with tender spinach, dried squid, preserved sausages and topped with crispy rice. Also had a classic dumplings which were really tasty because you could taste tea strong dried fish in it mixed with the lean meat.Next were the beef pattie

Next were the beef patties.
Personally I find them strange because the texture is firm and springy like squid which defies my texture of beef but that is how it is meant to be.

For mains, had the crispy tea tree mushrooms Typhoon shelter style.
They were fried just right and the batter was light and crispy yet the mushrooms were still juicy inside so it was so delicious.

Finished with the soup which came in a surprisingly big ceramic pot!
It was bittermelon and clams but the pepper was a bit too strong.
