The texture was loose, grainy and not pleasant to chew. Certainly was not the cut of beef I preferred (yes to ribeye). Their famous sauce was less intense than what I remembered from Paris. Fries had a nice crunch but I could not appreciate their glorious gold as the lighting was so dim. The main dish came after a salad with French dressing and pine nuts - fresh and well seasoned. We ended the meal with profiteroles but unfortunately it did not add any satisfaction. Was the dinner worth $400 per person? Probably not, but I would consider coming again for lunch at a more friendly price.
