This French steak bistro serves only one menu: steak and fries. The only choice you get is the cook of the meat, which I went with medium rare. The meat itself was not spectacular. The texture was loose, grainy and not pleasant to chew. Certainly was not the cut of beef I preferred (yes to ribeye). Their famous sauce was less intense than what I remembered from Paris.
