To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

We came here for celebration yet all of us were disappointed (and dissatisfied) with the food here. We ordered quite a lot of food for four people. This pork jelly was the cold cut and we thought the portion was way too small. The taste was fine yet the jelly wasn’t cold enough as a cold cut. Bean sprouts in soup was a disappointment. This Peking duck was supposed to be the main dish for tonight, yet, it was again a huge disappointment. First, we ordered one whole duck but we only got two little plate of skins and meat (the picture only showed one, but the size was small), which was unreasonable. The taste was fine - it could be more crispy though.

We ordered this dessert out of curiosity. But the point was - what happened with the ducks’ faces. They were very sweet and quite yummy. Just they looked really different from the menu.

Overall, the restaurant was quite pricy and the food was just so-so.
