While walking around Wan Chai, we came across G.eyre and thought we would give it a go. The staff were warm, welcoming and provided a very professional service.The place is comfortable, pleasurable ambiance and practically laid out. Usually i find that some Fusion places can go a bit "weird" with their menus and focus on fashion and uniqueness, rather than great tasting food just getting the "best of both worlds". getting the "best of both worlds". So it was great to find a restaurant
that is "just my cup of tea" focusing on great taste and balance of
flavors.
Highly recommend it to all my friends, and will for sure be going again, next time we are in town.
