To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蟹精是絕不能錯過每一個蟹宴的自助餐，本人認為JW Cafe是全港最值得推介的一間，永遠95分以上。今次用餐是因為慶祝生辰兩個月前已經book枱，JW亦是我食自助餐的必然首選，訂枱的時候還不知道是蟹宴，真是誤打誤撞食餐好嘢。龍蝦、螺類及凍蝦就不用評價。今次蟹類十分豐富，有毛蟹、鱈場蟹、麵包蟹、花蟹等為凍蟹，大家不要以為花蟹是水蟹，全部蟹肉是實肉鮮甜多羔，而且源源不絕送上，就睇你有幾大食力；另外熱盤還有蟹類多種選擇，有蟹蓋、胡椒蟹、避風塘炒蟹、炸軟殼蟹、花雕清蒸雪場蟹....等等，其餘熱食、刺身、甜品，一如以往標準。說真的，肚子裝不了那麼多，怎能夠樣樣試齊。唯一一㸃要注意，就是沙律菜放太久太乾了，已經變得太硬。
