To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前有coupon的時候要排長龍,現在平日walkin可以入,好好多,waiter的服務態度也不錯。半隻片皮鴨($218)肉質不錯不韌,鴨皮脂肪均衡,青瓜爽口鮮甜,餅皮塊塊分明,如果餅皮可以更熱就更好,不過整體不錯,對得住價錢。雞絲粉皮($108)不過不失,唯獨醬汁有點酸辣,有些奇怪,可以略過。小籠包($108)皮薄餡靚,也很夠熱,可以一試。上海粗炒($142)味道較濃,都夠鑊氣,但價錢偏高,可以略過。上湯翡翠苗($142)湯汁清甜,菜新鮮爽脆,加上茶樹菇,兩者配搭口感不俗,推介!甜品豆沙鍋餅($88)有點炒車,皮不脆又厚,豆沙甜度適中,些許失望,之前吃過馬蹄餅比較好吃,希望下次有改進。總結部分菜品價格偏貴但味道中規中矩,驚喜不大,建議主攻鴨子,片皮鴨的性價比還是很不錯的,其餘隨便點一到兩樣就好。

雞絲粉皮($108)不過不失,唯獨醬汁有點酸辣,有些奇怪,可以略過。
