To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前午餐約埋同事一齊去Hugo食餐好。店內環境舒適，坐下來開了一支Sparkling Water，侍應有禮貌地送上麵包和牛油，麵包非常好食尤其係蒜蓉包特別出色。我們選擇了前菜餐車，內裏的龍蝦沙律非常可口。去到主菜，我們選擇了牛扒， medium Ware的牛扒外脆內軟，嗰邊燒得啱啱好口感一流，牛肉味豐富，配上焗薯，份量適中。主菜後，侍應送上甜品餐車，多種甜品可供選擇，我特別喜歡開心果蛋糕，是非常值得的一餐。
