寧波薑汁湯丸,佐敦店的吃過湯丸,來到這間也吃同樣的甜品,看看是否質素可以保持。薑湯勁有薑辣味,飲到又熱又暖喉和胃,喜歡薑味的人一定超中意。寧波湯丸為細細粒的,唔似福元的湯丸大大粒,湯丸皮畧厚,但因皮中有很多小孔疏氣,咬落是依靱中帶有如棉花的鬆泡泡的口感,水準依然。濃濃的黑芝麻餡香且唔太甜,吃晒8粒湯圓都唔覺滯。杏仁露併合桃露加湯丸3粒,未混和前先試杏仁露,嗅覺和味覺都感受到香香的杏仁味,而且很滑,雖說杏仁露較淡味,可與合桃露相配,仍吃到清淡的杏香,而合桃露也變得沒那麼濃烈,真是相得益彰。而另一發現,湯丸沾上了混和的杏仁合桃露後再吃,口感比只浸在薑汁糖水中滑很多,仲好味些添!

杏仁露併合桃露加湯丸3粒,未混和前先試杏仁露,嗅覺和味覺都感受到香香的杏仁味,而且很滑,雖說杏仁露較淡味,可與合桃露相配,仍吃到清淡的杏香,而合桃露也變得沒那麼濃烈,真是相得益彰。
