Mana!’s flatbread is freshly baked in their brick oven, with a spread of zaatar and a mix of herbs and spices. It tastes a bit like nann bread but way thinner version of it. It has a special scent that makes it green, but not in a disgusting way (please note that i m not a vegetarian lover AT ALL). When it comes to ‘green’ cuisines, they are normally tasteless to me, and i can never finish them. But this is so different. The flatbread itself is good enough for me to finish it. Topped with mouth watering toppings (although it does not sound attractive at the beginning), it is the perfect companion for a detox day. I chose Mana! Joy, which is flatbread with avocado, garlicnaise, tomato and mint. To be honest, i am not a big fan of avocado, nor tomato. But the combination of the whole flatbread surprises me. The sauce adds some flavour to the wrap, and it is more suitable to whom are not used to vegetarian meal. Zaatar has the credit to take for such amazing flavour. Zaatar is an ancient mixture of herbs & spices used in Arabic Cuisine. It is spread evenly on the flatbread which gives it such an addictive and amazing sense experience. It makes everything better.

Their salad section is at high quality as well. Crunchy and fresh vegetables. Mixing salad with quinoa is not such a bad idea. The chewiness of quinoa will make you feel like you have been eating so much. A good idea for people who is going on diet.

The restaurant itself has a few seatings that you can chit chat with your friends or enjoy some alone time. It is a very calming place, which is in a great contrast to its neighbourhood. I will definitely come back for the mains!
