Came here for dinner because I saw an ad on the MTR that said that KFC was serving Korean fried chicken. I had to try it because it a long time ago, I mentioned to boyfriend that since KFC did all sorts of other countries like Taiwan and Japan, they had to one day realize that they can do Korean fried chicken since there is a craze for it and they already do fried chicken anyways. They had two different sets. They had two different sets. One with mashed potato, fried chicken poppers and soft drink for $36 or with mushroom rice, vegetable soup and soft drink for $38. I decided on the mashed potato and fried chicken popper set ($36).
This KFC must have been very short of staff or something was wrong that day because all the menus normally found at the cashier weren't shown. They just stuck a card in front of me when I lined up and their response was they were too busy to stick the menus up. Another strange thing was they had no soft drinks available except for Pepsi. They told me they had run out of everything except Pepsi. So, I was stuck with Pepsi when I wanted a Nestea. Sheesh.
Anyways....this is the ad that showed what the Korean fried chicken looked like. Yummy, huh?
