The taste of the coating was really good because there was a lot going on from the pepperiness of the black peppercorns and the crunch from the pieces of rice and rusk shells.If the quality of the fried chicken was better then it would have been perfect because the chicken was too dry and I would have also liked more of that coating sprinkled on.
