I went to Congee King for a quick lunch on a Sunday before popping into the office to do some work. I got a table straight away (being on my own helped) though the place was packed. The menu is dominated by pig liver and fish skin congee. There are other choices - I went for the abalone and shredded chicken - but I was surprised how dominant a couple of ingredients were.

The congee was not well presented. Most of the ingredients were just mixed in, no sliced ginger or nuts on top. However, the texture and flavour were good. The congee did not get too watery near the end of the bowl. All in all good taste and good value. I lunch stop more than anything. And the staff were very friendly.
