I believe that this restaurant named Kitchen should be named staff canteen kitchen or cafeteria kitchen , because is hard to find good flavors as that they serve for the amount of 698 HKD “only” per person , (probably the price is done by the view which are some port pontoons ) , back to the flavors , oysters seems shucks hours ago, limited hot food selections , deserts numbers are the bigger selections overall , it would be better less but good tastes , few Chinese dishes , some sushi and lot f
