平時韓國野食牛通常都係韓燒多,今次呢度韓燒之外仲有邊爐揀,用上左高質韓牛仲有幾個湯底可以揀,韓迷食番餐去一解鄉愁。店舖位於蘇豪區,上左一輪半山扶手電梯,行過果度特色既窄窄行人樓梯,經過左好多唔同既酒吧之後,就會見到呢個韓牛專門店既標誌即係到左喇。一入去已經俾呢個大大隻既牛吸引左,好明顯咁話你知呢度最專最出名就係食牛,個圖案整開左牛既唔同部份。原來店舖仲有下層,店員帶我地落去就坐,果晚食食下之後都幾多人入黎食,除左普通外面座位之外,入面都有個小房仔,不過係用簾拉埋既小角落。先黎左韓式小食前菜同埋果汁,其實有得用50蚊就可以任飲啤酒,前菜既泡菜唔算太辣但好惹味,當然仲有最鍾意食既芽菜。先黎左個小鍋,我地揀左《燜韓牛肋骨》,個鍋用左小蠟燭座熱,個蠟燭座好靚。入面有四至五舊牛肋骨,每舊都燜到超淋,而且入面個汁好濃又幾入味,加上都好淋既配料蘿蔔一齊食。火鍋有四種湯底可以揀,我地點左《雪濃湯底》同《泡菜牛肉湯底》,除左呢兩個之外仲有韓式辛辣湯底同蔬菜清湯底。滾起左之後試下個雪濃湯好清甜,有時外面雪濃湯唔係好夠味佢又唔會,泡菜湯就香香辣辣咁好惹味。呢度韓牛專門店,重點緊係呢個1++韓牛,點左兩隻款分

呢度韓牛專門店,重點緊係呢個1++韓牛,點左兩隻款分別係《肉眼》同《後腿底板肉》,呢一邊係後腿底板肉,呢個食完之後真係覺得係必叫,真係有入口即溶既感覺。

另外呢個大塊既就係肉眼,都係淥一陣就食得,肉眼食落就比較實身一啲,牛味都好重,加上泡菜味更加香口。

蔬菜都有幾款,最鍾意食就係娃娃菜,真係好岩打邊爐食,放落雪濃湯度真係好清甜,加上有金菇粟米,全部放哂落去雪濃湯度。

有得揀埋《韓國刀切麵》或者《珍珠白飯》,黎到食邊爐有哂牛味緊係要整麵食,呢種刀切麵既質口係煙韌為主,咬落好有口感。
