好耐無食過牛離炸大腸,本來早左收工想食廟街牛雜但係無開,唯有搵下附近有咩好食,於是去食個點心填下肚順便做埋晚餐。用左好多木同水墨畫做設計,雖然係新開既地方但有模擬番古代中式既設計,原來早茶同下午茶都有優惠更加抵,連個點心紙都整到成本功夫秘笈一樣。一見到就揀左既《酥皮焗叉燒包》($20),居然係呢個要焗起既最快上枱,拎起唔算太熱,咬落面頭無脆脆地既口感,入面叉燒餡幾多。到我至愛食既《功夫蝦餃皇》($9隻),反而蝦餃有啲驚喜,皮都幾薄身,一舊入面都有幾隻蝦唔梅身,蝦膠都幾彈牙爽口。飲茶點可以少左腸粉架,《翡翠叉燒腸》($24)皮身有少少厚,而且唔均勻同好易痴埋一齊,叉燒餡亦都唔算十分多。最後有《蟹子香菇燒賣皇》($9隻),拎出黎真係堅熱辣辣,入面釀左香菇幾香口,肉夠彈牙同蟹子食更有口感。店名:功夫點心地址:油麻地砵蘭街10-16號宜發大廈地下B&C舖餐牌:
