Recently have been searching for some cafeshops for a short meet with friends during the social distancing period. As oneof the 50 Best Coffee Shops In Asia, Knockbox has long been on my wish list forsome time. Getting to know that a new branch is open in Central, we went to trythis new shop in a sunny weekend.The cafe is smaller than expected and tablesare arranged quite closely together. But the environment was quite chill andrelaxing. Two of us queued for around 20 minutes to get the seat. We

some time. Getting to know that a new branch is open in Central, we went to try
this new shop in a sunny weekend.
The cafe is smaller than expected and tables
are arranged quite closely together. But the environment was quite chill and
relaxing. Two of us queued for around 20 minutes to get the seat. We ordered
and paid at the cashier first and then could wait for the food and drinks to be
delivered to our table.
I ordered a hot Aromatic Latte ($40) and my
friend ordered a hot Mouthfeel Flat White ($40) with Oatmilk (+$5). The coffee
were really great! The Aromatic Latte had some sweet fruity taste while my
friend’s Mouthfeel Flat White was fused with stronger coffee taste. We like the
coffee so much!
We shared a BROWN coffee-infused waffle ($98)
which came 20 minutes after the coffee as it was freshly made. The appearance
was so nice for taking photos! The waffle tasted and looked like Hong Kong egg
puffs but with coffee and chocolate flavour. The caramelized banana was
delicious which was a perfect match with the waffle. There were also mixed nuts
and black tea jelly which gave the waffle an attractive look. The only bad thing is that the waffle is a
bit small with less than 10 puffs.
The coffee was so good and we will
definitely back for the coffee and try other hot dishes!
