To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係年初一 好多餐廳唔開所以決定嚟到旺角掃街掃到咁上吓就嚟買嘢飲叫咗以下兩杯~- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -1. 餅乾奶茶用咗Louts比利時焦糖餅乾製成見到杯壁加咗啲焦糖餅乾醬望落散發一種好焦糖嘅氣息奶茶正常甜度真係正常唔會話加咗焦糖而偏甜紅茶味道幾香 因為加咗餅碎點綴間中飲到奶茶夾雜餅碎 係有趣嘅口感不過餅碎太少 唔係好覺有焦糖味同埋對奶蓋好失望 好似飲緊奶泡一啲都唔濃稠 冇奶香味~2. 波霸奶茶呢個奶茶都係用咗紅茶製成同餅乾奶茶係一樣 味道幾香要讚一讚呢間啲珍珠先望落都真係幾透明飽滿可能好似佢所講咁用天然原料整所以口感比較Q彈Q彈嗰種唔似出面有啲咬落中間係硬硬哋佢係成粒都係柔軟而有彈性
