Have to give a shoutout to their iconic german pork knuckle— a budget, quality option of delicious meaty mouthfuls for supper. The risotto was also decent: fungal taste blessed by a rich aroma of foie gras. I’m not a huge fan of its richness, but it’s lovely that the fats gave a different perspective of enjoying the mushroomy grains, topping each mouthful with creaminess and texture.
