九龍城都算係香港其中一個集眾多美食的地區,意外地試左一間專門食蠔的西餐廳,真係好多生蠔揀,仲係即開即食包保新鮮;店裡的格調行簡約工業風,坐得舒服。今次係Book 左Lunch Time位,主要食埋Lunch Set。當然係點左食生蠔先啦。佢個生蠔List超多… 今次點左3款,分別係蘇格蘭石蠔、白珍硃、澳洲Coffin Bay。用生蠔做Starter 真係好正,一入口就食到每款蠔的鮮美。由淡至濃味順住食蘇格蘭石蠔($38): 海水味淡,蠔肉爽口,都好厚肉鮮甜白珍珠($38): 海水味唔算好濃,蠔肉薄身少少,但鮮甜味再多DD澳洲Coffin Bay($35): 三種蠔入面海水味及蠔味係最濃,SIZE都係最大,蠔肉口感豐富同好CREAMY。個人覺得蘇格蘭石蠔及Coffin Bay係可Encore!!!另外點了2個Set Lunch 1. 美國黑安格斯牛扒($208)配薯菜2. 海鮮帶子龍蝦汁意粉($88)

蘇格蘭石蠔($38): 海水味淡,蠔肉爽口,都好厚肉鮮甜
白珍珠($38): 海水味唔算好濃,蠔肉薄身少少,但鮮甜味再多DD
澳洲Coffin Bay($35): 三種蠔入面海水味及蠔味係最濃,SIZE都係最大,蠔肉口感豐富同好CREAMY。個人覺得蘇格蘭石蠔及Coffin Bay係可Encore!!!
