Brought a nice burgundy red and server suggested chilling it first on ice 😶
2 sets to choose from: HK$498 for 10 courses or $698 for 12. A la carte also available. Went for the 12 courses. Here’s what we had.
Tray of Condiments (from right to left) included some “secret” sauce for meat (server simply refused to say what it was); honey mustard (for seafood); sauce made with tuna (for vegetables); salt and lime.
Trio of Appetizers comprising:
Potato salad with pollock roe (too spicy for me); Cucumber and Buri.

Brother, being an avid fan of potato salads in general, immediately ordered an a la carte helping of the potato salad for himself.

A choice of Inaniwa Udon in a super thick broth or Chicken Ochazuke.

Dessert: choice of vanilla Ice cream Monaka or a tiny egg pudding with warabi mochi.

In summary: not bad- batter was quite light; no mouth ulcers/dry throat the next day. Server insisted on pouring me hot tea despite my numerous protests that I could only drink hot water.
