見自上次在轉名後有改善之後,今日又去飲下午茶,哈哈哈,唔知個老闆係咪有睇open rice呢?點解咁講,繼續睇落去啦……今日下午茶食咗好多嘢😅👍👍👍蟲草花蒸雞飯,推車阿姐話好抵$12.8,食落啲雞幾滑,一碗飯嘅份量,下午茶嚟講又真係抵👍👍👍鮑汁雞腳,雞腳表面唔靚仔,雞腳內嘅軟骨唔淋,未夠火候,但味道搭夠👍👍👍👍叉燒腸粉,擺盤都見有誠意,腸粉滑身中帶點點煙韌,但豉油沒味道,令腸粉有點失色👍👍👍👍豉汁煎釀茄子,魚肉有誠意,厚厚的有自家調味,而茄子沒有油浸的感覺,我喜歡,但撇除豉汁,沒有味道豆豉味的生粉獻👍👍👍👍山竹牛肉,唔知係咪新老闆有睇,今次正常的山竹牛肉球,好味(沒有了紹菜的驚嚇)😂😂😂👍👍👍👍上湯鮮竹卷,湯底好飲,腐皮唔係炸皮,亦無溶化,有豆香味,好食(因為上次話佢啲腐皮溶解,又無豆香)👍👍👍👍👍蜂巢芋角,入口唔油,味道懷舊,唔係間間酒樓有得食,超鍾意,勁推整體意見: 比初轉手見有進步,有改善。唔知新老闆係咪有睇我地食嘅食評,希望佢地繼續努力。我會再來架😄見佢早市免茶免酸菜,等我又嚟試下先👍
