To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過哂全港嘅雲桂香，呢間係質素最差嘅。講咗食物方面先啦，個湯底嘅質素係好飄忽，一時就正正常常，同其他分店冇分別，一時就好淡，唔係話唔辣嗰種淡，係唔夠味嗰種，好似煮稀左嘅湯咁樣，食米線最緊要食個湯底，而當你食到個湯底係咁樣嘅時候，你又知道你今餐伏左，無啖好食。講埋服務啦，啲啊姨態度好差，喺非繁忙時間都會催你落單，你落咗單之後就對你十問九唔應。總而言之，鍾意食雲桂香嘅，唔好去觀塘嗰間食。一間咁好嘅米線店因為經營不善而搞到咁真係好可惜，希望公司管理層可以改善一下觀塘店嘅質素啦
