上個月試了一個新品牌La Fête du Chocolat的朱古力,朱古力全是手造,甜度不太高,特別喜愛它的海鹽焦糖口味。朱古力以外,也試了意大利的朱古力酒Gianduia Chocolate Liqueur,用來伴雲尼拿雪糕吃也不錯。除了這款酒外,La Fête du Chocolat也有售兩款來自法國西南部VinoCacao®的朱古力酒,酒精濃度13%,沒Gianduia Chocolate Liqueur那麼高,這天來了Chocolate & Wine Pairing,每位價錢$200。先試白酒Ivoire,Bordeaux White Wine Blended with Dark Chocolate,用法國波爾多葡萄Sauvignon and Semillon來釀製,酒身金琥珀色,朱古力香氣十分濃郁,入口口感圓滑、芳醇豐厚,陣陣朱古力甜味,後帶回甘,味道挺好。另一款紅酒NOIR Bordeaux Red Wine Blended with Dark Chocolate,法國波爾多葡萄Carbernet franc and Merlot來釀製,朱古力香氣及味道沒白酒的濃烈,酒精味

先試白酒Ivoire,Bordeaux White Wine Blended with Dark Chocolate,用法國波爾多葡萄Sauvignon and Semillon來釀製,酒身金琥珀色,朱古力香氣十分濃郁,入口口感圓滑、芳醇豐厚,陣陣朱古力甜味,後帶回甘,味道挺好。

另一款紅酒NOIR Bordeaux Red Wine Blended with Dark Chocolate,法國波爾多葡萄Carbernet franc and Merlot來釀製,朱古力香氣及味道沒白酒的濃烈,酒精味道較為刺烈,果香中滲出一點朱古力味,個人喜愛喝白酒多些。
