陽光燦爛的日子,享受餘下的些少夏季餘溫,轄然開朗。要吸收陽光營養水份至能成長,這次未有抽水機會,只好前兩件事物。  法式小世外桃源,來的原因主要為其建築設計,盡收日光。要舒適要恬靜,為求一刻空閒休息,嘗試放鬆心情。  環境開揚高樓底,怕熱怕曬的話當然可以坐裏頭,但我還是愛陽光。窗邊位的確又曬又熱又多影難拍照,不過感覺舒服自然。餐廳裝潢也是走高端風,華麗之餘又有輕微踏實感,與木感白色用色有關。  餐包有兩款,拿上手那外皮是硬硬酥酥的感覺。酥脆不韌口,咬下去是清清楚楚的卡滋卡滋聲音。尤其喜歡香草一款中心香稔濕軟,配上牛油,可選有鹽無鹽,更為可口。Trio of Eggs in Nest  十分可愛的賣相,以玻璃蓋住鳥巢,上面盛著三款不同口味的雞蛋。精緻吸引,每隻雞蛋的內容物都不同,可見心思。揭盅之後,「鳥巢」傳出微微燻香,沒有冒煙之效,但香氣清郁。  首先來的是三文魚籽,點上小撮刁草,從面頭已經清晰可見的食材。豐腴味鮮的粒粒三文魚籽於口中爆破,溢出魚油,配著奶味濃郁溫和的忌廉芝士就更為順口。吃到底下,原來藏著點點蟹肉,調味輕巧以突出蟹肉的鮮甜。  法蔥一款不是以蔥鋪面,而是用上豬肉腸來點綴

  法蔥一款不是以蔥鋪面,而是用上豬肉腸來點綴。鹹香不油膩,彈牙嚼感不失,沾著稠厚的芝士同食,香口更多。這次藏底的是豬肉腸法蔥沙律,拌勻再吃,又有輕微芝士香,惹味不過。

  羊肚菌製作泡沫置頂,若果要說遺憾的話,無非是太快消殆。羊肚菌濃郁獨特的菇菌味並不是人人都會喜歡的,幸好我是沒所謂啦。舀到底,原來這次是真.雞蛋,味香清潤的蛋汁滿杯,一口乾了。

  嫩紅櫻粉,在上面再淋上紅酒汁,徐徐流淌而下。擺盤特別,色彩豐富精彩,跟平時食牛肉時嚴肅死板的感覺截然不同。添上點點活力,同時這些蔬菜均是可吃之物,膩的話就清一清。

  和牛臉頰看上去非常馥郁稔潤,單是看著已經叫人受不了。跟以往吃過的牛臉頰位一樣,略帶彈牙膠質,肉稔香嫩味美。和牛肉香豐富明顯,不腥不膻,未有血水肉汁狂滲,但仍是濕潤易嚼。紅酒汁味道較清,不會過份蓋過牛味,稠度適中亦無漿口問題。

  還會配上羊肚菌薯蓉,一小鍋滿滿薯蓉,上面再舀上羊肚菌作伴。羊肚菌濃味夠味,別看只是那麼兩三匙份量,可是足以調好整碗薯蓉。薯蓉紥實,細滑而粉感不重,略有忌廉香氣,不太膩口。

  蘋果甜品作結,滿足我愛甜又要酸的要求。蘋果撻是薄薄的一款,蘋果片得超細薄,砌出花狀,烤得帶焦貌美。底下的酥撻未有滲油,香酥帶脆,蘋果水分少又不會浸濕撻底,可惜同時會乾身。蘋果雪葩細緻香甜,冰感不重,微微黏口,味道自然怡人。

  話說其實樓下有專用升降機直達餐廳,但是午市不開放,只有看的份。
