A pricey menu, but quality is close enough to Katong.Information wise, I prefer Katong’s menu as its more informative and lists out all the ingredients, so for Pasar, if you’re an experienced eater or know your Singaporean food, then you would roughly know what ingredients are in it, eg seafood Laksa, the basics are big prawns, fish cakes etc.Anyway for the Laksa supreme, for $68 everything is the same as Katong, except the mung noodles are thinner in diameter, and the soup base is not so spicy

Anyway for the Laksa supreme, for $68 everything is the same as Katong, except the mung noodles are thinner in diameter, and the soup base is not so spicy and strong. So for those who want to try a good Laksa, which is not so spicy can come here. There is less chilli oil in the soup base too.
