To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

禮拜五晚上同屋企人食飯，叫左上湯波士頓龍蝦伊麵底、鮮果咕嚕肉、四川辣雞鍋！上菜好快，食物熱到出曬煙，加分！龍蝦伊麵好大碟，伊麵口感適中，滲左龍蝦汁好好食，唔會太濃味。波士頓龍蝦足一隻，賣相一流，肉質好彈牙，除左個鉗，其他都食得好方便個四川辣雞鍋叫左微辣，好惹味夠獲氣，有d什菌做配菜，雞肉好嫩，唔錯鮮果咕嚕肉其實都好食，但比另外二個餸搶左風頭，D鮮果就一般，無咩味整體食物幾滿意，服務正常無問題，下次會再去！
