To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Late lunch buffet ， 好吃，但有些趕

今天在金鐘的 JW Cafe吃自助午餐，訂枱的時候， 因為十二點那一輪已經滿了，所以訂了2:30pm 到 4:30pm，就當是吃過late lunch，早餐只吃少許食物，晚餐也不下多少， 這時段 也算不錯。準時到達， 夠鐘便可以取食物 ，這裏出名的是花膠任食， 也有片皮鴨供應。 其他熟食、魚生、長腳蟹、甜品等，也毫不遜色。但一班朋友，在此邊吃邊傾談， 一晃眼間，差不多過了接近兩小時，有職員提示要盡快取食物，否則到4:30pm，他們就要收起食物，並預備夜晚的buffet。除非是低頭密密食， 如果又想跟友人好好的傾談，兩小時的時間，都吃得頗趕急！
