As my bf and I have never tried anything from Tsui Wah in the middle of the night, so we decided to give it a go. We didn’t want to try something too heavy since it was pretty late. However, we couldn’t resist ordering something heavy as many customers in the restaurants were ordering steak, rice dishes, etc. Finally, we made an order of pork cartilage and spinach & shrimp dumpling noodles soup and club sandwich. Pork cartilage and spinach & shrimp dumpling noodles soup – The pork cartilage was really tender and flavorful. The meaty taste of it still remained pretty strong unlike ordinary frozen pork cartilage. The spinach & shrimp of the dumpling were pretty fresh and all together it tasted pretty delicious. The noodles were silky smooth and eat it together with a rich and flavorful soup base was sensational.

Club sandwich – The fries on the side were really hot and I definitely gave them a thumb-up. The club sandwich had ham, cheese, tomoto, lettuce, eggs, luncheon meat with Thousand Island dressing in it. All ingredients were perfectly complementing each other.
However, it would taste even more heavenly if the cheese could be meltier.
Overall, it was a very lovely late night supper for us.
On a side note, this Tsui Wah restaurant is much better compared to another Tsui Wah restaurants in Central.
