No other Lawy's franchise can be compared to the one in LA. Food quality was at most 70%. Gravy did not taste the same. The meat was not as tender. Services need to be improved. In our case, one of my guests who ordered lobsters had to sit watching the rest to eat for ten minutes. After drinking two bottles of wines, we wanted some water which required us to ask for it three times and to wait for another 15 minutes. We are a bit disappointed. We are a bit disappointed. For this money, food quality and services are not acceptable. Since we love Lawy's prime rib so much, we have to be critical and hope that they will improve.
