熱辣辣嘅平日,陪個friend行到科士街呢頭食法國菜,由於係tea time, 人唔多,傾計坐得好舒服。朋友指定要食beef tartare,話間間法國菜都有,由於怕我食唔慣生牛肉,所以另外嗌咗crayfish & champagne risotto and crab & avocado rolls. 個生牛肉好好味,一啲都唔係想像中嘅血淋淋, 不過牛味唔重,朋友解釋原來牛肉是需要用火燒一燒先會出味(chemical reaction, 長知識!)。另外,小龍蝦risotto都好好食呀!再加兩杯House white wine, 喺炎炎嘅夏日chill下真係一流!
