This is the 2nd time of my visit. I love their handmade ice cream so much. They have the  monthly favor of the ice-cream. The crunchy with milk chocolate is their July favor. My colleague tried this one and found its so delicious. My other colleague tried the earl grey which is rich of earl grey tea. For me, I tried the sorbet, Lemon Basil which is very impressed as well. This is the 2nd time of my visit. I love their handmade ice cream so much. They have the  monthly favor of the ice-cream. The crunchy with milk chocolate is their July favor. My colleague tried this one and found its so delicious. My other colleague tried the earl grey which is rich of earl grey tea. For me, I tried the sorbet, Lemon Basil which is very impressed as well. As I hate milky products, I usually picked non-milky or sorbet. However, for my last time of visit, i tried their Valrhona and its really my cup of tea. Not milky but very rich of dark chocolate. Next time I would like to try their tofu favor. I always love Taihang this place, even during daytime, I still can find the place is very clam, peaceful and not so many people which has big contrast with Causeway Bay. Please drop by when you have time. I know their bakery is very outstanding especially the croissants and madeline. The chefs are French couples who are very friendly and nice.
