Don’t be fooled by the outward appearance of this place. It looks nice on the outside , but the tables are filthy and there’s food all over the floor. The south/southeast Asian waitresses are rude , especially when they think you’re a local or mainlander (I am neither). I guess it’s just retribution for them since they get treated rather badly in this city. I asked for water and never received it, while the table next to me that sat down after me got two waters without even having to ask for

The food is decent, but not great for the price. The portions are small, and this place is by no means fine dining. You’re better off going to Pret-a-manger.
