Before I heated them up, the pastry looked dry.After heating it up, the pastry was a bit soft and did not hold together.
The taste of these mooncakes were quite nice and the pastry was extremely buttery.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Lotus paste and egg yolk mooncakes:
The lotus paste mooncake had perfectly symmetrical large yolks in the middle and it had a nice sweet and savoury balance with the egg yolk soft and starchy.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
