早已聞說LIFESTATIC西瓜🍉蛋糕的熱潮,只是一直都是聞名而不見蘆山真面目。今晚終於可以一試☺️Water melon strawberry cake ($65) 經店員簡單講解後,才得知原來蛋糕全年採用馬來西亞當造西瓜,因此不受季節影響,全年也很鮮甜可口👍🏻 此外,蛋糕使用打碎的杏仁代替面粉,所以是gluten free相對較健康✨(Salted-egg) Chicken and mushroom spaghetti in creamy salted egg yolk sauce ($128) 意大利面炒得偏硬身,口感佳。醬汁有著香濃咸蛋黃味道Pan seared scallop mentaiko spaghetti ($138) 明太子味濃郁,配上三文魚子味道更突出。帶子煎得恰到好處Deep fried oysters with Mentaiko paste ($58) 即叫即炸,炸粉很薄,蠔炸得外脆內多汁,好味總體來就,價錢為中上但性價比很高
