I don't think coffee alley is as good as the lines would indicate. While I do enjoy their coffee selection, I find the actual taste of the coffee quite weak. They always present their dishes and coffee beautifully. As for the food their waffles and dessert are average at best, but surprisingly their savory items like their sandwiches and snacks are exceptional. Their lobster roll may as well be the very best lobster roll I've had in HK - who would've thought? It's funny that most people seem to
Service here is ok, some servers are quick and I like that they serve you water without asking, but sometimes they are a bit rude. I do enjoy coffee alley but I wouldn't want to wait more than 10 minutes for a table because it's just not that exceptional.
