蘭桂坊LKF Tower 與附近一帶其實自己都算周不時出沒,但原來LFK Tower內的Lily & Bloom聽就聽得多,但一直都未去過。這晚就與朋友一齊先去6樓的Lily Happy Hour,之後再去5樓的Bloom食晚飯。這次選飯聚選在Bloom,主要是被這裡逢星期二和星期三供應的 Raw Bar Feast 吸引。生蠔,New Orleans prawn cocktail 和 marinated mussels都是任點任吃,另外還有一款主菜(4選1),每位$490。以中環區晚飯來說,這價位實在相當親民呢!每晚會視乎貨源供應不同的生蠔。這晚的生蠔品種就有USA skookum,Scotland cumbrae 和 French Irish rock。3款生蠔都各有特色,愛啖啖肉,軟滑creamy點的話,Scotland cumbrae會是不錯的選擇。我個人就較喜歡爽口的USA skookum和 French Irish rock,尤其French Irish rock,海水味很濃。New Orleans prawn cocktail,看menu時本來以為是用martini杯上的

New Orleans prawn cocktail,看menu時本來以為是用martini杯上的細蝦沙律。沒想到是用原隻中蝦,蝦的肉質都很新鮮爽甜。New Orleans醬汁比起坊間不少版本來得更鮮甜,配著蝦肉吃,實在美味!

Marinated mussels的細嫩的黑青口品種(法國的?),肉質爽嫩,但調味稍淡。我會建議如果大家quota有限的話,留給相對較吸引的生蠔和蝦。

生蠔,蝦和青口這3款海鮮都是全晚無限供應。大家有什麼想食,只有告訴侍應,他們便會送上。這安排真不錯,除了可以保持食物新鮮外(尤其生蠔),大家亦可以坐得舒舒服服傾計,無需行出行入拿食物

而Raw Bar Feast包的主菜有4款,有漢堡 (Dry aged Bloomburger),有魚 (Carrot miso black cod),和麵食類 (House classic ragu bolognese 或 homemade Austrian pasta)。我們選了House classic ragu bolognese 和 homemade Austrian pasta。Bolognese我們分別點了意粉和闊條麵。2款麵條的麵質稍軟,可能是我們拍照拍得太耐 XD 但番茄醬和肉丸味道都不錯,酸中帶點點甜,頗討好。

牛排的表面燒的稍焦,而內裏的肉色還仍粉嫩,火候控制的相當不錯。肉質軟嫩而肉香豐富, 而且油脂比例恰好,食起來不會感覺很’漏’。自己本來吃到這裡都開始飽了,但仍忍不住食多一件又一件。這M5+ Australian full blood wagyu porterhouse,水準絕對比得上城中不少排房出品呢(而這裡價錢卻便宜差不多一半),絕對是這夜的另一highlight,推介給所有牛魔王!

大家亦選了yellow peachcrepes ($95) 和 pear tarte tatin ($125) 2款甜品share。軟軟的 crepe 薄皮包著軟軟的mascarpone芝士,配著帶淡酒香的桃肉。但我較喜歡旁邊的salted caramel ice cream。甜美的焦糖配搭十分突出的鹽味,雪糕又軟滑,很好吃。
