蘭桂坊LKF Tower 與附近一帶其實自己都算周不時出沒,但原來LFK Tower內的Lily & Bloom聽就聽得多,但一直都未去過。這晚就與朋友一齊先去6樓的Lily Happy Hour,之後再去5樓的Bloom食晚飯。這次選飯聚選在Bloom,主要是被這裡逢星期二和星期三供應的 Raw Bar Feast 吸引。生蠔,New Orleans prawn cocktail 和 marinated mussels都是任點任吃,另外還有一款主菜(4選1),每位$490。以中環區晚飯來說,這價位實在相當親民呢!每晚會視乎貨源供應不同的生蠔。這晚的生蠔品種就有USA skookum,Scotland cumbrae 和 French Irish rock。3款生蠔都各有特色,愛啖啖肉,軟滑creamy點的話,Scotland cumbrae會是不錯的選擇。我個人就較喜歡爽口的USA skookum和 French Irish rock,尤其French Irish rock,海水味很濃。New Orleans prawn cocktail,看menu時本來以為是用martini杯上的
