Ajijiman used to be my favouite restaurant as there are in fact few good restaurants in Quarry Bay. However, recently there have been changes to not only the staff but also the menu, leaving only the expensive items. There are now only set dinners from $200 up for you to choose. I don't really mind the price but the choice of food is also limited. If you don't eat shashimi the only options left for you is steak. No more cooked pork or chicken or fish. However, recently there have been changes to not only the staff but also the menu, leaving only the expensive items. There are now only set dinners from $200 up for you to choose. I don't really mind the price but the choice of food is also limited. If you don't eat shashimi the only options left for you is steak. No more cooked pork or chicken or fish. The tast though is not bad but I must say that with the old staff all gone, the warm atmosphere has also gone and little remains to retain the old customers
