Went to the Ajisen @ hang hau, however not all the items on the menu were served there.

Next time, I will not go to branded stores in urban areas, they never have the full menu, especially highlighted items or new items.
I wanted to try the fried taro balls, and prawn dumplings, but both were not available.

Ordered the soft pork bone noodles, cold konjac noodles and fried new year cheese cake.

New year cheese cake: nicely done, pale and not over fried.

soft pork bone noodles: tastes how it should, however the pork bone was slightly dry.

Konjac cold noodes: totally different from the picture. the strands were squiggly like twisted elastic bands, but in the picture they appeared like straight cut buckwheat noodles.
As for the texture, tasted like jellyfish, the normal konjac texture.
