To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. A Tavola Bar去東涌shopping 的朋友們不妨考慮一下 。距離outlet 五分鐘步程，算是一個比較community base 的餐廳了。一開始很好奇什麼食A Tavola，專門去查了一下發現原來是義大利文😆指「在餐桌上」（非專業如果不對請見諒）確實餐廳非常的大，座位也非常寬敞😆碰巧週六晚上去，還碰上了live band！這好像是我第一次在有live band 的地方吃飯呢🤔️畢竟港島也沒有這麼大的地方😆如果碰上體育季，我相信一定很火爆✨在這麼chill 的地方怎麼能不喝一兩杯呢🍻邊聽live 邊喝酒太chill了😆主食方面我們怕份量太大吃不完所以只點了一份pizza和一份pasta，我挺喜歡他們的Pepperroni Pizza的，有拉絲🥰而意粉裡面也有很多蝦仁，和酒很搭😆整體來說，非常值得一試！特別是有體育盛事的時候，氣氛一定很棒A Tavola Bar & Grill (東涌)📍東涌海濱路8號海堤灣畔地下E&F號舖- Pepperoni Thin Crust Pizza- Prawn Agoli- Chardonnay 不專業食用感受（五分滿分）- 環境：🍻🍻🍻🍻-
