平時收工都好鐘意去下Soho食下飯,飲下野。去到先點咗杯champagne, 味道啖啖地,幾易入口。配埋啱啱焗好既麵包,食落好煙韌~入座點咗2個頭盤,首先揀咗Parma ham aged 20 months ($145) 食落好嫩又唔韌,咸度啱啱好,食落好香~Cold cuts & Cheese Board ($160)好多ham!!加埋芝士食,芝士味同火腿既香味混為一體,味道不錯Spaghetti Pesto ($145)一上碟已經飄黎好香既香草味意粉食落煙煙韌韌,仲好吸收到啲香草汁,橄欖油味都好香。Devil ($145)有驚喜既pizza !!帶點辣味好惹味!見到menu 又有Chili flakes, 又有Italian extra virgin spicy olive oil,但其實食落又唔係好辣😻 個麵粉都煙煙韌韌,邊脆內軟👍🏻Tenderloin ($350)叫medium well終於食到medium well既質感!唔會太生或者太熟~ 冧得黎亦好有咬口,但外面香草同調味有啲過重,少少蓋過牛肉既鮮味~Traditional Tiramisu ($65)餐後甜品一直都是不

餐後甜品一直都是不可或缺。呢度既甜品就只有tiramisu,感覺專門做一樣甜品,質素應該有保證。冇誇大!呢度既tiramisu 係我食過最好食既tiramisu!!👀好滑既mascarpone, 好香好重蛋味,入面既餅乾都仲係微脆,唔係浸到濕哂果啲感覺,加埋啲cream簡直係天上美食😻😻
