YMT is an area full of tourist and most of them would go to Temple Street for a seafood dinner. Since we don't really want to dine on the street with the crowd, we have picked this Chinese restaurant instead for some local HK food in a quieter enviornment indoor! The restaurant interior looked clean and neatly set up. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout the dinner service. Some daily special and drink special posters were hung up on the wall to have you attracted. Asahi Beer

When our first dish arrived, I was a bit surprised with its generous serving size. For $98, you can get 8 lettuce wraps. Each wrap was made with fresh lettuce leaves, then a sliced of thick cut cucumber, topped with a small pork pattied seasoned with preserved fish and veggie, then a dollop of wasabi mayo.
We liked how the aromatic savouriness from the pattie balanced out from the crispy freshness from the cucumber and lettuce, while the mayo gave an extreme boost of spiciness to the bite. If you can't take spicy, I would recommend you to scrape off some of the mayo before having it, otherwise, the spiciness may be too overpowering the dish. Yet, it was still a very tasteful wrap to enjoy with a glass of beer. 花雕醉乳鴿 $118
We have tried drunken chicken many times, but not drunken squad. There were two small succulent squad on the plate, submerging in a pool of Huadiao wine and sesame oil mixture.

Again, it would make such a great dish for sharing and for going down with the ice cold beer.

Lastly, this rock fish was served in a heating pot, and it was cooked with white pepper and reddish.
Compared to the previous two dishes, this dish tasted less intense and it was not savoury at all. I really liked this dish because I just always love fish in general. The elegant rock fish was fresh and cooked until just the right tenderness. The soft white meat could literally fall off the bone and it tasted quite earthy when being cooked with spring onion and reddish.
