Hong Kong street food form a part of our life and we loved to eat it, be it on the street or at the back alley. Tonight i meet up with one of my friends at science museum and after finishing, we just walked around to see if there were any good food around. They do have a menu showing a few of their signature dishes. They do proclaim that their is a healthier version and does not contain any MSG. As everyone knew, there can be alot of dishes that can be added into street noodles and I have a hard time choosing what to eat.

Noodle is made from Korean sweet potato powder and the texture is starchy and chewy. Radish is cooked till soft and has a slight spicy taste. Pig blood curd, which is also known as blood tofu, is soft and smooth, as well as slightly chewy.

Shrimp noodles were chewy and and have a slight after-taste.  Fish skin dumpling were smooth, but the fillings inside were not alot and were slightly salty.

Noddles were soft and chewy, beef brisket are soft and tender as well. Braised pig intestines has a sweet taste, bouncy texture and chewy.

Pig big intestines is tender and fatty, with some chewy resistance owing to a lot of fatty tissue inside, which is precisely why the large pork intestines taste better to me than the small intestines.

Curry fish ball is soft and chewy, but i do not taste much curry in it. Squid fishcake is tasty with a chewy texture. Pork is cooked till very soft and even the bone can be eaten together. The sauce helps to enhance the flavour of the meat as well.

Pork meat is soft and tender, with those juicy sauce on it. There is some fatty meat in it to make it more delicious.
