Kanada-Ya is all over the world and there are three branches in London. This is my second time at Kanada-Ya .Went to the branch at Whampoa where it is quite a small joint with a bar by the ramen kitchen.Obviously the drinks are slightly different internationally. In UK, they have exclusive corn fed chicken whereas Tonkatsu is the main theme here. There are quite a few main ramen broth bases to choose from. For starters had the gyozas and kaarage with mayonnaise. For noodles had the Spicy Yuzu ramen

The spicy yuzu was spicier than expected with the heat coming from the peppercorns which taste like Sichuan Peppercorns.

The yuzu was present but it wasn't as citrusy as anticipated in the sense that it wasn't tart but at least it wasn't artificial with a strong yuzu peel essense.
The MIX was a mix of pork and chicken broth so it was rich and flavourful with a creaminess.

The pork slices for both ramens were soft and tender and my favourite thin ramen is used here.
