Porkchop and lambchop in white curry sauce is one of the long lasting dish in this restaurant!!!Both chops are fried with slighly crispy skin. Both chops are good in texture. Hope the pork one be fried longer next time!!! I like more crispy skin!!! The lamp one tastes great. Good balance in meat and fat!!! 🤣🤣🤣The white curry sauce is yummy but a bit too little for me.
