I have not eaten Ajisen ramen for a long while and since i just walked past and saw them running a promo right now, I decided to pack home for dinner tonight. Ajisen Ramen was located at Lung Ma building, few minutes walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR.They offered ramen, appetizers and drinks etc and for the ramen, it offered spicy and non-spicy type. Shrimp cake - It was fried till chewy, juicy and fresh as well. Thai sweet and sour sauce was provided to go along with it.
Spicy beef ramen - Soup was packaged separately in a packet, for us to pour into it when eaten. Steamed packet was provided to make the soup hot when served. Ramen was chewy and smooth, and the soup was spicy, which was to my liking. Beef was juicy and tender and sliced pork was chewy.
