Since the dining restrictions have been relaxed, we have been planning to have outdoor BBQ for weeks. Finally we met up for dinner tonight. 鴻運燒烤煌 was located at Ting Kok Road, Tai Po, where alot of cycling activities and BBQ were located nearby.There is a huge parking lots at the entrance of the BBQ, where we can park our car. Upon entering it, the whole area was huge, with BBQ area divided into zone A, B and C. Besides that, there were pool playground, kid bicycles and arcade games etc for children to play, so adults can have time to BBQ.
The pricing was set at $160 per person from Mon to Thu and $180 per person from Fri to Sun. There is additional $50 per table for setting up the pit, which included charcoal, honey and BBQ stuffs. We were entitled to 5 hours of BBQ and free 1 soft drink or water. 
They offered a wide range of drinks at the payment counter and around 20 selection of BBQ dishes at another corner. 
Their utensils, BBQ sticks, plates and gloves etc were located near the counter for our use. 
White peach soda drink was gassy and refreshing, with strong peach taste. Coconut juice drink was smooth and milky, sweet in taste. 
They offered pork chop, beef chop, hamburger patty, chicken wings, chicken kidneys, siu mai, fishball, fish, pork ribs, sausages, meat balls, bread, sweet corn, sweet potatoes and vegetables etc. 
Their staff helped to set up the fire and soon after, our food was easy and fast to BBQ, with their meat juicy and chewy, meatballs chewy as well. Sweet potatoes and sweet corn were sweet and juicy while their veggie were fresh and crunchy.
