been a regular patron due to proximity and it had been a good few weeks since my last visit. always wondered why it was pretty empty when other places were full despite decent food and good deals (lunch sets, HH) and now I know. we weren't celebrating Xmas so decided to order takeaway. arrived at restaurant after getting notif saying order ready to learn that restaurant had completely missed our order. declined drink offered by manager and hostess was rude, probably from dealing with other angry

been a regular patron due to proximity and it had been a good few weeks since my last visit. always wondered why it was pretty empty when other places were full despite decent food and good deals (lunch sets, HH) and now I know. 
we weren't celebrating Xmas so decided to order takeaway. arrived at restaurant after getting notif saying order ready to learn that restaurant had completely missed our order. declined drink offered by manager and hostess was rude, probably from dealing with other angry patrons. food was only ready after more than half an hour (which the manager originally informed 10 minutes as my order was to take priority), and found out that corners were cut and sides were missing from the order.
it wasn't the first day of the festive season and given they're owned by a restaurant group these incidents should not happen.
