if u r looking for something rich and heavy - go for beef sukiyaki risotto, where each bite is a concentrate of sukiyaki sauce. if u want sth light and less burdensome - go for anchovy, cabbage and cheese orecchiette!
my pick for dessert was chocolate ganache - a must order for chocolate lovers! the additon of wild berries compote perfectly neutralizes the sweetness of chocolate, making it even more addictive (tmi: nearly crushed the whole thing by myself 🤰🏻)
