I was planning to have a breakfast at Nosh, but the waiter said they had lost the kitchen key and I need to wait for 30 minutes for them to open the kitchen. Hmm. I asked a simple ham baguette. After a while the waiter came and told me that they could not serve they ham, 'as it was not suitable quality for eating' ??? My options were more limited and I needed to leave soon. I asked a simple plain croissant from the waiter. After this order, I waited for 25 minutes for a simple plain baguette. It never arrived. Nor was any explanation given. I spent one hour at Nosh, did not receive any of the food orders and I needed to leave. I paid for my coffee. There were three workers at the counter. There was no apology or explanation for the very weird cafe experience, I just encountered. This is sad, as it is a nice location in the midst of SYP, deco is nice and it has all the potential to be a good cafe in a good location. I sincerely hope they will pay better attention to customer service.
