I really want to go to this restaurant a long time ago but you just can't believe the amount of people waiting every night. Luckily we got an extra holiday on the 3rd of September this year so I can go there at around 4pm. It was a super hot day so me and my friend ordered a pineapple soda and orange soda each. Anyway, both of the drink tasted very refreshing, I guess it's because of the hot weather.
The Korean sushi roll arrived 10 minutes later, the sushi contains lots of filling such as ham, cucumber, yellow radish and carrot. The rice was very soft and full of seasame oil. I highly recommend you to dip the sushi in the mayo before you eat it. It tasted so much better.
A few minutes later, the shovel BBQ pork ribs with cheese arrived. The staff will put the shovel on the stove first and let it heat up. She will then show you how to wrap the cheese around the ribs. I have to say, there were just so much cheese! The cheese was very yummy, I would rather eat the cheese alone than wrapping it around the rib. The ribs were quite tasty and a bit spicy. The meat was quite easy to tear off as well. Other than eating the ribs, there were mush sweet potato on the side as well, you can eat it with the cheese
